Best Dressed Of The Week: Zendaya

Yesterday saw the 2017 MTV Movie & TV Awards take place at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, honouring the biggest names on both the big screen and the small screen.

Adam Devine hosted the ceremony and there were performances from Noah Cyrus, Big Sean and Pitbull, amongst others.

Unsurprisingly, plenty of our favourite actors and shows took home awards including Emma Watson for Best Actor in Beauty and the Beast, Stranger Things won Show of the Year, and Best Villain went to Jeffrey Dean Morgan for The Walking Dead.

For us however, the true winner of the night – in terms of fashion – was none other than Zendaya.

Consistently killing it in the style stakes, the 20-year-old actress recently rocked the red carpet of the 2017 Met Gala in a stunning parrot print gown by Dolce & Gabbana, so she had a lot to live up to – but of course, she didn’t disappoint.

Wearing a gorgeous gown from the Lebanese fashion designer Zuhair Murad, the main star of K.C. Undercover showed everyone exactly how to walk a red carpet.

Rethinking the almost naked dress we’ve seen a lot of on celebrities recently, Zendaya found a fresh way to wear the style in the form of this beautiful green dress.

With a low cut neckline and short-length sleeves, it was of course the delicate and intricate embroidery detailing that made this dress the star of the show.

The singer and actress wore her hair short and in an elegant style, with feminine curls stopping just above her shoulders.

In terms of make up, she opted for her usual cat-eye flick but added a hint of colour in the form of a green eyeshadow to match the colour of her gown.

Whilst florals for spring might not exactly be ‘groundbreaking’, they are a classic choice that works year after year and they are particularly perfect if you have a spring wedding or event to attend.
With that in mind, we’ve picked out some of the most stunning floral and sheer dresses on the high street that are not only absolutely gorgeous, but affordable as well.
