OVERVIEW: The Hankook iON evo SUV is a performance and high performance, summer tire made for passenger vehicles and SUVs. Hankook offers a 30,000 mile treadwear warranty with this tire This model is EV-Specific, meaning these tires are purpose-built tires engineered exclusively for electric vehicles. The ideal tread pattern, with the optimal surface contact area, increases controllability. The asymmetric tread pattern maintains close road contact in order to upgrade steering responsiveness and driving stability. As a result, the tire offers great steering response time and accuracy to the drivers commands, while the structure is secured against driving pressure. Cornering is upgraded with the detailed shoulder block placement provides additional biting edges. The tread pattern utilizes the sipe and groove pattern to create friction when braking, significantly shortening the tires overall braking distance.High speed durability is ensured with this tire. The special heat-resistant compound elements and the better structural stability allow the tire to enhance its high speed capability. The reinforced compound elements prevent heat build-up along the tread area, minimizing the pressure affecting the tire. The structure does not allow the tire to deform under driving pressure. This greatly enhances the high speed driving experience. The ideal tread design and the summer compound offer great summer weather traction. The ideal tread design and the summer compound enhance dry and wet performance. This combination allows the tire to boost the grip on the road with better surface contact while the tires are in motion. The compound elements optimize heat resistance, optimizing the high heat temperature performance. The treads ideal grooves prevent hydroplaning, by dispersing water from the footprint, further increasing the wet-weather drive. This Hankook iON evo SUV provides a quiet and comfortable driving experience. The optimal block pattern does not allow airwaves to enter the footprint while the tires are in motion. In this manner, sound waves are not generated and it cannot diminish the passengers' driving enjoyment.
