The gate valve lockout’s hinged clamshell housing fully encloses the valve handle and prevents unauthorized access. The tough plastic is a bright hazard red color and features three shackle holes for securing with padlocks (sold separately) in a group lockout setting*. A unique pry guard, prevents the ability to insert a screwdriver in between the halves to pry them apart. In the center, a thinner area allows for easy drill through and attachment on rising stem gate valves. Comes with eye-catching safety label with red diagonal hazard stripes and space to write in pertinent lockout information. Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalized items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer.
